Instead of plastisol, we recommend using water-based or hybrid base for screen printing. Water-based inks do not require any chemical solvents for cleaning during the production process, just water. Water-based ink also does not contain plastics, phthalates, or other heavy unfriendly compounds. In short, these printing methods are more environmentally friendly than using, for example, plastisol inks.

Water-based inks are durable because they penetrate the fibers of the material, making them resistant to washing and external factors. No chemicals are used to dilute or clean these inks during the production process, unlike many other techniques. They are also biodegradable, making them an ecological choice that will serve for years.

Our production relies on the use of water-based or hybrid ink in screen printing in over 50% of cases. Water-based inks do not require any chemical agents for cleaning and can be easily washed off with water. Additionally, water-based ink does not contain plastics or other harmful heavy compounds. In summary, these printing methods are more environmentally friendly than using, for example, plastisol ink.
