Festival & artist merch

Merch that carries the experience beyond the event.

Give your artwork another stage. Create a coordinated merchandise range for a festival, release or tour, with garments and accessories that fans will want to keep wearing.

Let’s make something people want to wear.

Tell us who it is for and what you have in mind. We will help you choose the products, printing, embroidery and finishing.

Create a range with a clear identity

A headline graphic

Build the range around a recognisable piece of artwork. Explore front and back placements on T-shirts and hoodies, with garment colours that support the design.

Smaller pieces, shared identity

Carry a motif across caps, bags or custom socks. A simpler version of the artwork may work better for embroidery or a knitted design than the full poster graphic.

A coordinated crew

Plan crew and volunteer clothing alongside merchandise for sale. Distinct colours or clear back prints can help separate staff roles while keeping a coherent event identity.

Translate artwork into something wearable

Illustration, photography and small lettering need different preparation for fabric. Screen printing can suit a repeated graphic, while digital printing is worth discussing for detailed designs. Embroidery offers another direction for caps and smaller motifs. Share the artwork early so we can assess colour, scale, placement and the garment before quoting.

Start with the right garments

Explore suitable styles, then let us help you choose the fit, fabric and colours for your finished merchandise.

From an idea to finished merchandise

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about the project

Share your artwork, quantities, preferred products and required delivery date. A rough brief is enough to start the conversation.

  2. Step 2

    Build the right combination

We help match the garments, decoration and finishing to your audience and budget, and confirm the details in your quote.

  3. Step 3

    Agree the details before production

Confirm sizes, colours, artwork placement and packing requirements with us before your order goes into production.

What to include in your enquiry

Send the artwork, event or release date, planned products and quantities by size. Distinguish merchandise for sale from crew clothing, and include any labels, packaging or split-delivery requirements.

Planning your order

Can you print tour dates or a large back graphic?

Yes, subject to the garment’s printable area and the artwork. Send the design at the intended size so we can assess lettering, detail and suitable printing methods.

Can crew clothing be ordered with the merchandise range?

Yes. Include it in the same brief, with separate product, colour and quantity details. We can then assess the whole project and confirm the production plan.

Can you work to an event date?

Give us the required arrival date and destination when you first enquire. We confirm feasibility against product availability, artwork readiness and the production schedule before accepting a deadline.
